Pickling tomatoes in a cold way: very tasty and a minimum of hassle

Each housewife prepares tomatoes for the winter according to her proven family recipe.

If the preparation of lightly salted tomatoes does not take much time, then in order to make winter harvesting, you need to boil the brine several times, wait until the tomatoes warm up, then drain, etc.

The recipe for pickling tomatoes without any hassle is suggested by cooks on the Home Preservation channel.

Ingredients:

tomatoes
Parsley
Onion
Bell pepper

Brine for 4.5l. water:
250 gr. vinegar 9%
250 gr. Sahara
100 gr. salt.
1 st. l. salicylic acid.

Cooking:

Wash tomatoes, peppers, onions, parsley and spread to dry.

Put everything in sterilized jars and pour cold brine. Store in a cool place.

This amount of water comes out: 1 three-liter can, 2 two-liter, 1 and a half liters, 4 cans per liter.
