Steam dumplings from curd dough: tasty and satisfying

- The peculiarity of such dumplings is that they are tasty both hot and cold. - says Angela Norboeva. - Even the next day, they can be eaten without heating, but they will be just as loose and tasty.

Curd dough dumplings

For the test

400 g of fatty cottage cheese, 4 eggs, an incomplete teaspoon of soda, a glass of sugar, 2 glasses of flour, a pinch of salt.

For filling

Cherry 500 g

Sugar 100 g

Starch 100 g

We knead the dough. We roll out, but not too thin, so that when sculpting the dumplings, the dough does not tear. Using a wide glass, make portioned circles.

We start with pitted cherries, to which sugar and corn starch are added.

We make dumplings. Then we lay them out in a double boiler far from each other, because in the process of cooking they increase in size. Cooking 15 minutes.

Serve with sour cream, butter, cherry syrup.
