The scale of the crash was shown on the video by Andriy Yermak, head of the President’s Office.

“The world must see the scale of Russian crimes and the genocide of our people. This is just one of the catastrophes, very large-scale - the destruction of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, ” he wrote.

The video shows flooded settlements in the Kherson region. Due to the explosion of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, the houses of civilians were under water - people were left homeless.

Due to the crash, a significant number of animals also suffered, because not all people were able to take them out of the disaster zone. In addition, high water caused significant damage to the environment.

As you know, on the night of June 6, the Russian military blew up the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, it cannot be restored. Due to the explosion of the dam, water began to fill the right and left banks of the Kherson region, there is a threat of flooding for 80 settlements. The authorities are evacuating the population. More than a thousand people have already been evacuated. There is no information about civilian casualties. However, the police have already received three reports of missing persons in the disaster zone in the Kherson region.
