I am currently working as a news website author at Daily News Hack. I mostly cover trending news and have been doing so for quite some time now. I have always had a keen interest in current affairs and the world around me, which is what led me to my current job. I firmly believe that the best way to learn about something is by doing it yourself and that is why I love my job so much. It allows me to be constantly learning about new things and then sharing that knowledge with others. I am also a big believer in the power of networking and building relationships. I think that LinkedIn is a great platform for connecting with like-minded people from all over the world.

If in the Odessa region a court fined a marine for 207,000 hryvnias for refusing to go on the offensive, then in Lviv, the Lychakovsky district court imposed a half fine on a military nurse who refused to go to the combat zone.

According to zaxid.net, the woman from Lvov has the rank of junior sergeant and works as an operating room nurse in a neurosurgical department in one of the military units. In November 2022, she refused to comply with her superior’s order and go on a business trip to a combat zone.

It is noted that in the course of the pre-trial investigation, an agreement was concluded with the prosecutor on the recognition of guilt. The nurse was found guilty of committing a crime under Part 4 of Art. 402 of the Criminal Code (disobedience) and fined 102 thousand UAH. This decision cannot yet be appealed.

Earlier, the Goloseevsky District Court of Kyiv sentenced a soldier to 5 years in prison with a probationary period of 3 years for refusing to go to the area of combat missions.
