If you send an application, then it is easy to set an additional period for accepting the inheritance, even if the notary does not receive your application and does not open the inheritance. That is, you will have irrefutable proof of timely appeal, in court there will be no problems with proving why you did not apply on time - you are guaranteed to enter into the inheritance. If you miss the deadline for accepting the inheritance due to your stay abroad, the fate of your inheritance will be decided by the court“.
