During the current day, the Russian military continued to focus its efforts on conducting offensive operations in the Bakhmut and Liman directions, Kupyansky, Avdeevsky and Zaporozhye - they are trying to improve the tactical situation. On the Novopavlovsk and Kherson directions, the enemy is on the defensive.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy made 19 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems. The threat of enemy air and missile strikes remains throughout Ukraine. In the Volynsky, Polessky, Seversky and Slobozhansky directions, the situation did not change significantly, no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were found.
The General Staff confirmed the data on the strike of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the area of concentration of enemy manpower near Polovinkino, Starobelsky district, Lugansk region on December 24. The loss of infidels amounted to 150 soldiers dead and wounded. And on December 25, in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region, the invaders lost up to 50 servicemen liquidated and up to 100 wounded. About 5 units of various types of military equipment were also destroyed.
“The enemy continues to use the network of civilian health facilities in the temporarily occupied territory to treat wounded soldiers and mercenaries of private military companies. So, in the village of Belovodsk, Starobelsky district, Luhansk region, up to 300 wounded representatives of the Wagner PKK are being treated. In addition, in Pervomaisk, on the territory of the so-called “military hospital” deployed on the basis of a multidisciplinary lyceum, up to 300 infidels who were injured near the city of Bakhmut are also being treated.- the message says.
And in the settlement of Tokmak, Zaporozhye region, the occupiers stepped up administrative and police measures. The servicemen, together with local collaborators, seek out patriotic Ukrainian citizens, conduct checks on personal laptops, phones, and search housing.
The General Staff added that during the day the aviation of the Ukrainian Defense Forces attacked the enemy’s concentration area, and our rocket and artillery units hit 4 command posts and 6 enemy manpower concentration areas.
