Environmental disaster on the Oder River
Since the end of July, a plague of fish has been observed in the Oder in the area from Olawa downstream. On August 12, a ban on entry to the Oder was introduced in the West Pomeranian, Lubusz and Lower Silesian voivodeships. The river is cleared of fish carcasses, which is necessary to prevent the aggravation of the consequences of this ecological disaster.
