Halloween may still be five months away, but NECA is already gearing up for a spooky holiday with some scary merchandise. With recent horror films Creek VI And Wednesday delighting and scaring audiences in equal measure over the past year, the collection company is turning Ghostface, Jenna Ortega, and Thing in the ghoulish new Chia Pets. All three pots are available for pre-order now and should arrive in October, just in time for Halloween.
First of two Wednesday The planters feature Addams’ titular daughter Ortega looking down at a planter adorned with the Nevermore Academy emblem with a black flower growing in the middle. While you can’t expect fun from the usually black-clad Wednesday rocking a luscious green afro, it’s a dark enough look for a character. Meanwhile, the Thing’s planter sees a creepy, sewn-up, disembodied hand standing in his own little meadow with chia seeds sprouting. He’ll pair well with Planter on Wednesday, considering the Thing helped her a lot in solving the Nevermore murder mystery.
Unlike the environment, Ghostface turns bright green. Bob Ross Perm to scream planter, although it is apparently intended to represent the assassin’s hood. Except for the odd chia hood, this is the perfect Ghostface figurine for collectors of all things. scream and, like all chia pets, they can be used indefinitely. All planters come with three plantings of seeds that promise full growth in one to two weeks. These collectibles also sell for a reasonable $19.99 each, which means breaking the bank isn’t a requirement for a little spooky gardening.
Wednesday And Scream 6 Check out the two biggest recent horror hits
Both Wednesday And Scream 6 conquered the world with their release, elevating Ortega to a real superstar. The 1st season of the popular Netflix show managed to surpass even Dragon House as the most viewed premiere of 2022. Unsurprisingly, this is one of the most popular Netflix series of all time and has been renewed for a second season, which means more dark mysteries of Nevermore and the city of Jericho in general will be revealed on Wednesday. Scream 6Meanwhile, Ortega rejoined the new core four, including Melissa Barrera, Mason GoodingAnd Jasmine Savoy Brown in the franchise’s top-grossing film at the box office, where survivors seek to start a new life away from Woodsboro. As always, Ghostface still haunts them in a bloody and violent fashion made for the movie, which is owned by Collider. Ross Bonime are praised for continuing to find ways to be original while maintaining respect for the franchise’s past.
