Fan Favorite Detective Perry Mason will solve another mystery by the New Year as HBO has finally set a release date for its historical detective drama. In the new trailer for the upcoming season, Della and Paul push Perry to solve another mystery as the former tells him, “Guilty or not, everyone deserves protection.” A gripping new clip eloquently reveals the murder mystery against the backdrop of the socio-political backdrop of 1930s America.

The new season begins a few months after the Dodson affair came to an end, and fast-forward to 1933, when the scion of a powerful oil family is brutally murdered. Our beloved trio will be at the center of a case that will reveal conspiracies beyond their imagination. The new video perfectly reflects the theme of the season: “There is only the illusion of justice. The fantasy that the truth always wins.” Now Detective Mason must separate fact from fiction.
