Martial law and general mobilization continue to operate in Ukraine, therefore, persons who do not have official employment, are registered at the employment center and have no grounds for deferment from conscription, can be deregistered at the center and mobilized into the army. The Deputy Minister of Social Policy explained the nuances to the Government Courier Valery Yaroshenko.
According to him, if the unemployed received a summons, he must provide a copy/extract of it to the employment center. However, if an unemployed person is called to a study meeting, his registration and payment of unemployment benefits do not stop.
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On mobilization training and mobilization”, after the unemployed registered at the employment center receive mobilization orders, summonses or orders from military personnel, a specialist from the employment center removes it from the register.
After the end of the service, such persons have the right to register again and receive state payments. However, the amount of this allowance will be calculated on the basis of the salary that was at the last place of work - in the service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The official stressed that military service is an official employment for which a person receives a salary. Also, military personnel are insured in the system of compulsory state social insurance and pay taxes.
Recall that earlier the military commissar told what punishment awaits the evader migrants.
