According to the GUNP in the Nikolaev region, on the evening of May 30, the police were informed about the aggressive treatment of a resident of one of the houses on the street. Southern.

The crew of the patrol police promptly arrived on call. When the guards knocked on the door of the room in which the woman was, and opened it to them, holding an ax in her hands, which she immediately began to wave.

“Fortunately, the policeman managed to turn away when the aggressive woman tried to hit her on the head with an axe. The attacker struck him on the leg, as a result of which the law enforcement officer received a chopped wound of the lower limb.- the message says.

The woman was detained, her actions were qualified under Art. 348 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - encroachment on the life of a law enforcement officer. The detainee was announced on suspicion, the sanction of the article is up to 15 years in prison or life imprisonment.

In the near future, the court will choose a measure of restraint for her. The necessary examinations have been scheduled. The pre-trial investigation continues.
