The hero was buried in Zhytomyr. Nikityuk and her friend went there to honor the defender. “On January 22, he proposed to his girlfriend … on January 24, he died in the war. And they wanted … They wanted to live normally together, they wanted to love … They wanted so much, ” Lesya wrote.
She is hurt by the fact that such young people are dying, by the fact that young women are losing their men.
“We arrived in Zhytomyr, the body of our Hero was brought here. The body of my friend’s beloved. She has been so happy for the last four months. And now she doesn’t look like herself, doesn’t eat, doesn’t drink … Only tears and smoke from cigarettes … The brothers handed over the guy’s things to her. His t-shirt, thin, on which his smell remained. It’s like he’s still around.” Nikitiuk writes.

Despite everything, she believes that we will definitely win, and expressed her condolences to everyone who lost their relatives and loved ones. Nikityuk appealed to everyone who experienced such grief. She recalled that the bloody war would certainly end with the victory of Ukraine, and all the heroes who gave for this life will be remembered forever.
