Step 1. Beat sour cream with sugar and thickener until a thick foam forms.
2. Combine cold milk with ice cream powder, beat until thickened (approximately 3 minutes).

Step 4. We combine all three masses, mixing at low speeds of the mixer.
Step 5. Pour the finished mass into a 20×20 cm mold and put it in the freezer for 3 hours.
Important: no need to stir while freezing!
