The famous cook Lyudmila Borsch again invites fans on a gastronomic journey: after visiting Chinese Shanghai, our road lies to Italian Milan.
“Milan is famous for several popular tourist attractions - such as the Milan Cathedral and Piazza Duomo, the San Siro stadium, and, of course, the world famous La Scala theater,” - she says.
But for the culinary industry, this city is associated with a salad that she accidentally tasted in one of the street cafes. I tried it and decided to cook it myself.
According to Lyudmila Borsch, the salad is incredibly tasty, although it requires a minimum of ingredients.
You don’t need a lot of ingredients, but they go together so well that every time I prepare it, I fall in love with this salad more and more. It’s quite simple, it can be prepared in just one or two minutes, but the aftertaste remains for a long time,” - says the culinary master.
The salad will quickly help out the hostess during the sudden arrival of guests, but it will also be appropriate on the festive table on New Year’s Eve.
For the salad you will need:
-
eggs – 5 pcs.
-
green onion
-
pickled cucumber - 1-2 pcs.
-
processed cheese – 2 pcs.
-
peas – 5 tbsp.
-
salt, pepper to taste
-
mayonnaise.
Let us remind you that many Ukrainians also liked Lyudmila Borsch’s salads, such as “Black Pearl” and “Odessa”.
