Occupiers fled from Novaya Kakhovka after robbing local residents - General Staff

During the 393 days of countering the Russian full-scale invasion, the aircraft of the Defense Forces inflicted 11 strikes on the areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment of the invaders, while the enemy inflicted 2 air and 2 missile strikes, and also carried out 18 attacks from rocket systems. This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The current situation in the main operational areas:

• Volynsky, Polessky, Seversky and Slobozhansky - the enemy is providing engineering equipment in the border areas of the Bryansk and Kursk regions. Also, on the territory of the Belgorod region, from the Russian Federation, a group of troops is being held to carry out demonstrative actions to prevent the capsizing of our units in other directions;
• Kupyansky and Limansky - the enemy unsuccessfully tried to break through the defenses of our troops in the areas of the settlements of Sinkovka, Kharkov and Makeevka, Luhansk regions, shelling settlements along the line of combat, including Kupyansk and Seversk;
• Bakhmutsky - in the Bakhmut area, constant positional battles continue, however, our defenders repelled enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Aleksandro-Shultino and Vasyukovka;
• Avdeevsky, Maryinsky and Miner - offensive actions of the enemy were unsuccessful, however, peaceful cities and villages (in particular, Avdiivka, Berdichi, Krasnogorovka, Maryinka, Ugledar and Bolshaya Novoselka of the Donetsk region) were subjected to artillery shelling.
• Zaporozhye and Kherson The enemy is on the defensive. At the same time, according to intelligence, all units of the occupying army stationed in Nova Kakhovka left the city. This was preceded by a detour of the nearest premises of the local population for the purpose of profit. The occupiers “confiscated” large quantities of household and electronic equipment, jewelry, clothing items and mobile phones from the civilian population.

Recall that earlier the head of the PIK “Wagner” Yevgeny Prigozhin had already begun to prepare the Russians for the retreat from Bakhmut - under the pretext that the Armed Forces of Ukraine were about to launch a counteroffensive there “on five directions at once.”
