Ukrainian legislation does not prohibit the delivery of subpoenas during mobilization on the street. But first, employees of the Territorial recruitment center must find out the identity of the one who receives it, because not all men are liable for military service.
This was emphasized by lawyer Ilya Shipko.
“For example, if a man is over 60 years old, he is not liable for military service and there is no need to hand him a summons on the street. If the person is not identified, then it is clear that the summons cannot be issued, since there is no data. And it’s impossible to issue a summons without establishing personal data.”he explained.
Ilya Shipko also noted that citizens can refuse to receive a summons on the street if this document is not handed in at the place of registration.
According to him, it is necessary to immediately notify the representatives of the TCC about your stay on the register in another recruitment center and, if possible, show a document about the place of registration or a military ID.
If the summons was nevertheless handed in on the street in another city, then you can come to the Territorial Recruitment Center indicated in the document and provide the necessary documents about being on military registration in another shopping center.
The lawyer added that upon receipt of the summons, the citizen is obliged to sign for its receipt, indicating the date of delivery.
Earlier told what to do if they brought the summons, and the person liable for military service was abroad.

I am currently working as a news website author at Daily News Hack. I mostly cover trending news and have been doing so for quite some time now. I have always had a keen interest in current affairs and the world around me, which is what led me to my current job.
I firmly believe that the best way to learn about something is by doing it yourself and that is why I love my job so much. It allows me to be constantly learning about new things and then sharing that knowledge with others.
I am also a big believer in the power of networking and building relationships. I think that LinkedIn is a great platform for connecting with like-minded people from all over the world.
