Dough:

  • Flour 300 g

  • Egg 1 pc.

  • Water 150 ml

  • Salt

Filling:

  • Minced meat 300 g

  • 0.5 cup rice, slightly cooked

  • Salt, onion, spices

Cooking:

Knead elastic and non-sticky dough. Leave for 20 minutes. Fry in a frying pan: vegetable oil, carrots, onions. Add tomato ketchup. Mix. Roll out the dough into a thin layer. Cut out circles or squares. Lay out the filling and apply “stuffed cabbage”. Lay on a frying pan on a bed of frying. Pour in a little more than half the contents of the water. Cover and simmer over low heat for 30-40 minutes. Serve warm with tomato juice or sauce.
