In the Kharkiv region, a 39-year-old woman stabbed a former man to death on the penultimate day of 2022, but his body was found only on January 1, 2023.
According to the regional department of the National Police, the tragedy occurred in the village of Slobozhanskoye.
The 52-year-old victim was visiting a friend, where he drank alcohol with several friends and his ex-wife. The former spouses had a conflict, during which the woman grabbed a kitchen knife and hit the man.
The body of the deceased was left lying in the room. On New Year’s Eve, a woman, along with a friend, carried him under a canopy to the playground.
Currently, the attacker has been detained, her actions are qualified under part 1 of article 115 (Deliberate murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. That is, she faces up to 15 years in prison.
