“Kubacki is the main favorite. He dominates at the moment. All indications are that the next weeks may look similar. He felt fresh. A lot also depends on competition. (…) You can joke that David hit the perfect moment, like Iga Swiatek in tennis. We have great athletes and you should be happy. Olympic medals and Grand Slam tournaments are won thanks to very hard and painstaking work, the former ski jumper told sport.tvp.pl.
Kazimierz Dlugopolsky gave away the secret weapon of David Kubacki
David Kubacki excels this season in many ways that put him ahead of the competition. Kazimierz Dlugopolsky pointed out what was at stake.
“He has the perfect exit from the threshold. He took control of his figure. When he is at a high level, he does not make the same mistakes. The power of reflection is insanely great. It flies very far and in style. He lands better. This is a recipe for success. This is not yet dominance in the style of Stoch and Adam Malysh from the best years, but it is already very close, - said the coach.
