The vast majority of the reforms carried out since 2019 would not have taken place without Igor Abramovich. This opinion was expressed in his telegram channel Head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy Danilo Getmantsevcommenting on the decision of the people’s deputy from the banned OPPL party, and now the co-chairman of the Restoration of Ukraine parliamentary group, Igor Abramovich, to draw up a deputy mandate.
“It is no exaggeration to say that most of the reforms that we have carried out since 2019 would not have taken place without him. Together we eliminated Yatsenko’s corruption sites, together we adopted an anti-offshore law, together we took care of budget revenues and fairness, equality of taxation for all Ukrainians,” - the head of the tax committee noted the outstanding role of Abramovich for the parliament.
At the same time, according to Getmantsev, in working with Abramovich, who, by the way, is Getmantsev’s deputy in the tax committee of the Council, political colors never mattered, and pro-Ukrainian positions have always been at the center of their cooperation.
Also commenting on Abramovich’s decision to resign, Getmantsev expressed the opinion that this would be a great loss for their committee.
