One very important point should be noted - before the patient goes to an institution that provides services - a vacation or night sanatorium-and-spa - he must use the available means (take painkillers, anti-inflammatory drugs or other medicines from the first-aid kit). Only when they do not bring the expected relief should professional help be sought. It is also worth remembering that doctors on vacation or night “duty” do not write out health certificates or prescriptions for constantly taking medications. They also do not conduct follow-up visits as part of the continuation of already started treatment. They only provide assistance in emergencies.
