Russia is waiting for a regime change through human rebellion. And it will be precisely a spontaneous rebellion, and not a meaningful protest, since there is no civil society in Russia.
This was stated on the air of the telethon by a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense Andrey Yusov.
“All Putin’s scenarios fall on prepared soil. These are people who have lived in slavery for hundreds of years, there are no institutional democratic practices, no experience of resistance,” Yusov is sure.
In his opinion, at some stage in Russia, oil prices made it possible to feed the population, for many this was enough, and the rest were either squeezed out of the country or sent to prison.
“But there will still be a riot. It’s a matter of time… If it were a civil society, it would not be a riot, but a meaningful protest, which Maidan was in Ukraine - with values, with specific requirements and an understanding of why. Since there is no society there (in Russia - Auth.), it will not be a protest, but a riot, which in the end, one way or another, will end with a change in the regime and reformatting in the Russian Federation itself, ” Yusov predicts.
Recall that earlier the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense Kirill Budanov did not rule out that after the war Russia could fall apart into several subjects. The Office of the President also believes that the process of disintegration of the Putin regime will begin after two or four serious defeats in the war.
