On Sunday, September 25, early elections were held in Italy. They were held in connection with the resignation of the government of Mario Draghi. However, for the first time since the fall of the Mussolini regime in Italy, the far right came to power. And it worries the rest of Europe very much. After all, the Italian economy is the third in the European Union after Germany and France. And no one knows what policy Meloni intends to pursue.
George assures that the EU has nothing to worry about. Like, she will not seek any drastic changes in Italy’s position on critical issues, including attitudes towards Russia and support for Ukraine.
