The ex-president of Mongolia, Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorzh, called on the Buryats and Kalmyks not to fight in Ukraine and to run away from mobilization to Mongolia. He recalled that the Kremlin uses ethnic minorities as “cannon fodder”

“I have a simple message for President Putin. Stop the war!.. I have met with you many times, you have the power to stop this war right now. It’s time to take back the world. My heart breaks into pieces when I see Russia drowned in a sea of fear and tears after you started this war. Your mobilization has brought an ocean of suffering. President, stop your killing and senseless war!” - said the politician who heads the World Federation of Mongols.
At the same time, he noted that since the beginning of the bloody war against Ukraine, ethnic minorities have suffered the most, in particular, residents of Buryatia, Tuva, Kalmykia, whom the Kremlin uses as “cannon fodder.” That is why Mongolia is ready to accept people fleeing Putin’s mobilization.
For residents of Buryatia who do not want to fall under the mobilization deployed in Russia, they organized evacuation buses to Mongolia.
It is reported by UNN with reference to the President of the Free Buryatia Foundation Alexander Garmazhapova.
“In general, the entire team of the Free Buryatia Foundation practically does not sleep these days. Some advise those who apply in the legal field, others organize evacuation buses to Mongolia, others issue cards with explanations and videos, and the like,” Garmazhapova wrote on her Facebook page.
She added that the buses are paid for by representatives of the Buryat diaspora from all over the world.
The Buryats, who do not want to be mobilized, are also helped by Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
According to Garmazhapova, now in the territory of Buryatia all men are being taken indiscriminately, actively contributing to the mobilization of the teacher. She stated that the mobilization is massive, not partial, and it is about the destruction of indigenous peoples, not only the Buryats, but also the Yakuts, Kalmyks and representatives of other indigenous peoples living on the territory of Russia.
Recall that the military commissariats of the Russian Federation work around the clock, following the decree of the head of the Kremlin. At the same time, the command of the Russian occupation troops sends the newly mobilized without preparation directly to the line of confrontation.
Rallies against “shared mobilization” continue in Dagestan. In Makhachkala, protesters are being detained, and in the village of Endyrey, residents have blocked the federal highway, machine gun bursts are heard in the crowd of protesters and security forces.
As you know, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization on the territory of Russia for its “protection and integrity.”
Meanwhile, the American Institute for the Study of War said that the Russian mobilization system will not be able to create a reserve force of even poor quality if the Kremlin cannot quickly solve fundamental and systemic problems.
In addition, the partial mobilization announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin is driving thousands of Russians into military service. However, it is unlikely that the Kremlin will be able to create an effective fighting force in this way.
