The June release schedule continues to unfold and Transformers: Rise of the Beasts finally fighting in theaters. The seventh film in the modern live-action series introduces a brand new group of Autobots, Decepticons, Predacons, Terrorcons, and will feature one of the transformers‘ most iconic villains for the first time in Unicron. However, the latest adventure will also see the return of fan-favorite characters like Bumblebee. Following the film’s debut this weekend, Hasbro has unveiled its new Threezero DLX bumblebee action figure based on an updated Autobot design. Rise of the Beasts.

The eight-inch figure has a whopping 57 points of articulation and comes with a Camaro trunk full of accessories. This includes an interchangeable combat head, three pairs of interchangeable hands, an ion blaster, and a posing stand. Bee also has LED lights all over his figure, including in his eyes for head sculpts and in his ion blasters. While it Rise of the Beasts the design is very similar to many of the characters from the yellow and black muscle cars of the past, there are tons of great details here that make this figure a must-have for anyone transformers fan. The figurine itself will cost $169.99.

Bumblebee Story in Live Action

Rarely is this Autobot a major star, but Bumblebee was the beating heart of this franchise and, along with its leader Optimus Prime, was one of the few Transformers to appear in every action movie. This heart was carried over into the character’s solo film of the same name in 2018. The film, which is still considered one of the best in the entire four-decade history of the series. It’s hard to explain what makes Bumblebee such a beloved character compared to other Autobots. Perhaps it’s due to his unique way of communicating over the radio, or his childish energy and free spirit, but when it comes time to fight, there’s no one more dedicated than this robot in disguise. When we meet again with Bumblebee, Optimus Prime and the rest of the Autobot Regime in Rise of the beasts The year is 1994, and the planet-sized threat of Unicron is looming. The Autobots must team up with the Maximals to stop this new evil force before Earth is completely destroyed.
