Who are you, please don’t destroy?

Marshall, Higgins and Herlihy met at New York University in 2017, where they formed their own comedy troupe and began making short films and videos. Recruited as writers in Saturday night life in 2021, they soon began writing and performing in custom pre-recorded pieces for the venerable comedy institution, winning a dedicated cult audience just like their spiritual predecessors, Andy Samberg-vel lonely island. Highlights of their stay in SNL includes “Three Sad Maidens” (with Pete Davidson And Taylor Swift), “Rami wants a treat” (with Rami Malek), and “Plirts” (about a plastic shirt, of course, with Austin Butler And Lizzo). Their film was first announced last summer, with comedy king. Judd Apatow set to make a full-length buddy comedy; this will be the feature film debut for all three members of Please Don’t Destroy. It could also be the only Please Don’t Destroy comedy available in the near future, given that NBC Universal’s reluctance to offer a fair deal to the Writers Guild of America led to the cancellation of the remainder.
