Premiere Star Trek: Picard Season 3 is almost here! Just a week after the release of the first episode of the final season, Paramount released a stunning set of new images with an impressive cast. New images show how returning actors Star Trek: The Next Generation, as well as newcomers to the franchise, some of whom we don’t know whether to call them friends or foes. Previously released trailer showed Tony the winner Amanda Plummer as Season 3’s big villain, a formidable villain named Vadic. Last time, Todd Stashwick And Ed Speleers have been announced in recurring and regular roles respectively, though details about their characters remain scarce.
The new images show the crew aboard the USS Titan, the ship that Will Riker commanded after more than 10 years on the Enterprise. The crew is bathed in dramatic red and blue light as if the ship is on alert. Gates McFaddenBeverly Crusher sits on the armrest of what appears to be the captain’s chair, just as she often sat on the edge of Picard’s desk while running. New Generation. The relationship between Picard (Patrick Stewart) and Beverly is expected to be central to the third season of Picard, as early teasers and trailers showed the retired admiral back in action when he receives a coded distress call from his dear friend.
Not much plot detail can be gleaned from the new images, although some other interesting factors to note include Vadik Plummer, who is also aboard the Titan. This will most likely keep the thematic consistency of the cast images, but Picard and his crew should certainly be on the lookout for an intruder if she manages to get on board the ship. Brent Spiner also returns in new images; Known for playing multiple characters in the long-running franchise, Spiner will reprise his role as Data Lore’s evil twin brother in future episodes.

The returning actors are also visible in the new images. Jonathan Frakes And Marina Sirtis who play married former officers Will Riker and Dinah Troy. Next to your friend TNG actors, Michael Dorn And LeVar Burton also return. Dorn plays Worf, a Klingon warrior who spent several years in Deep Space 9 after leaving the Enterprise, while Burton plays engineer Geordie La Forge. The third season of “Picard” should introduce Geordie’s daughters Sidney and Alandra, who, although not featured in the new images, will be played by Ashley Sharp-Chestnut and Burton’s real-life daughter Mika Burton. Finally, Jeri Ryan And Michelle Hurd return from Picard’s first two seasons as Seven of Nine and Raffi. Seven is a former Borg featured on Star Trek: Voyagerand Raffi first appeared in season 1 Picard as a former first officer of the admiral.
