Two days after the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II, Prince William and Kate Middleton, as well as Princess Anne, returned to work.
According to the Daily Mail, the Prince and Princess of Wales met at Windsor Castle with volunteers and operational staff working during Her Majesty’s funeral to thank them for their work. During the exit, members of the royal family kept mourning, so they were dressed in mourning clothes. In particular, Kate Middleton wore a spectacular Dolce & Gabbana coat dress.

At the same time, Queen Elizabeth’s daughter, Princess Anne, visited the naval base in Portsmouth, where she thanked the Royal Navy personnel who participated in the funeral procession in London during the Queen’s funeral. Princess Anne was also dressed in mourning clothes.

This is the first public appearance of members of the royal family since the funeral of Elizabeth II, which took place on September 19. Mourning for Her Majesty in the UK will last until 26 September.
Recall that at the age of 96, Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain died at the Scottish castle of Balmoral. The Queen’s death ends the longest reign in British history. She was also the oldest head of state in the world.
As you know, having received the status of king after the death of his mother, Prince Charles took the name of Charles III.
