An unknown serial killer killing a Salem or Port Charles minion is a common plot line used in soap operas, and as exaggerated as it is, it always leaves fans on their toes when the killer sneaks up on their favorite character. From Ben Weston’s terror to Days of our lives to James Franco the killer character General Hospital, some soapy serial killers will never be forgotten.
Tie Killer (“Days of Our Lives”)
In 2015 “The Tie Killer” NBC Days of our lives emerged with murderous plans to kill anyone who got in his way by strangling them to death with a tie. However, the mystery didn’t last long for viewers when it was revealed that Abigail’s then-boyfriend Ben Weston was the undercover killer.
