Officers of the Nadbuzhany border detachment detained a wanted Ferrari car with an estimated value of PLN 1.2 million. This is the most expensive car found on the eastern border of Poland this year.
As we read in a press release, on April 8, 2023, at the automobile border crossing in Kukuryki, at the exit from Poland, a CES officer from the Terespol post interrupted the passage of a 28-year-old citizen of Belarus.
The truck driver was transporting a Ferrari Portofino (2019) with an estimated value of PLN 1.2 million on a tow truck. During the inspection activities, border guards found that the car was wanted as stolen. The driver of the tow truck was detained, the car was taken into custody, preparatory proceedings were started on the case itself. The police from Terespol are already carrying out further activities.

Since the beginning of this year, employees of the Nadbuzhany border detachment have detained various types of vehicles totaling more than 5 million zł during border control. The Ferrari Portofino, worth PLN 1.2 million, is by far the most expensive car discovered this year on Poland’s eastern border. It is also one of the most expensive and fastest coupes produced in the world. The driver of this vehicle has 600 horsepower and 760 Nm of torque. Thanks to this, the car accelerates to 100 km / h in 3.5 seconds. The maximum speed of the car is 320 km/h.
