The company responsible for the creation of the Polish electrician Izera has chosen the legendary Italian design studio Pininfarina as a partner. What does this mean for the project?
As we read in a report from ElectroMobility Poland (EMP), the company has partnered with styling agency Pininfarina to design a lineup for the Polish electric car brand Izera. Tadeusz Jelets and Mariusz Bekas are responsible for the design of the car on behalf of EMP. The cooperation of the companies includes the complex design of three models: an SUV, a hatchback and a station wagon.

The announcement of the collaboration between EMP and the Italian design studio Pininfarina, which has been operating since November 2022, was announced during a meeting of representatives of both companies and the media, organized at the Industrial Design Institute in Warsaw on March 21. 2023. The announcement was accompanied by a design workshop and the announcement of an internship program in Turin for young designers jointly run by EMP and Pininfarina.
Tadeusz Jelets and Mariusz Bekas, experienced designers who previously worked for well-known automotive brands, are responsible for the design area and coordinating work with the EMP styling agency. The collaboration with the design studio covers the design of the exterior, interior and HMI (human machine interface) of a range of 3 electric vehicles - SUV, hatchback and station wagon. The cars will be built on the SEA platform. The technology partnership between Geely, the owner of the technology, and EMP was announced in November 2022.
