A well-known blogger who “covered” the work of air defense during the shelling of Kyiv was sent under arrest

Bloggers and singer Inna Voronova (Chernetskaya), who “lit up” the work of air defense during the “Kinzhalami” missile attack on Kiev on May 16, the court chose a measure of restraint in the form of round-the-clock house arrest, an UNN correspondent reports from the courtroom.

Thus, the Solomenskiy District Court of Kyiv granted the prosecutor’s petition. However, lawyers for the suspect said they would challenge the decision. This is protection for five days.

Voronova is one of four bloggers to whom the SBU has already informed about suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (dissemination of information about the movement, movement or location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine). The sanction of the article is up to 8 years in prison.

Recall that after the rocket attack of the Rashists on May 29, the police reported nine residents of the capital who filmed the work of air defense and posted videos on social networks. They were handed over to the SBU officers.
