Eurovision 2023 final: where to watch and how to vote

On May 13, Liverpool will host the grand final of the 67th Eurovision Song Contest, held on behalf of Ukraine. The show will start at 22:00 Kyiv time. The broadcast will be conducted by the Public Culture TV channel. You can also watch the show online on the platforms of the contest: the official Eurovision Facebook account, the Public Culture website, the Public Eurovision website, the Eurovision Ukraine YouTube channel, the Eurovision YouTube channel and in the ACTION application.

This year the voting is under new rules. In the semi-finals, only the votes of viewers were taken into account. And already in the final, the participants will be evaluated by both TV viewers and national juries. By the way, they have already set their assessments.
After the completion of the performances of all contestants, the presenters will announce the start of voting. Information will appear on the air when it will be possible to send an SMS to 7576 with the number of the representative of the country. A maximum of 20 messages can be sent per participant.

Of the 26 participants, the winner will be chosen based on the sum of the jury’s scores and the number of votes from viewers.

Ukraine’s scores will be announced by singer Zlata Ognevich, who represented our country at Eurovision in 2017 and took third place.

Recall that Ukraine is represented by the group TVORCHI with the song “Heart of Steel”. The guys will take the stage at number 19. A few hours before the final, bookmakers predict the third place for Ukrainians.

Ukrainian Eurovision stars will take part in the final show: last year’s winners of the Kalush Orchestra, Go_A. The show will be opened by Tina Karol. Also, the favorite of the fans of the competition, Verka Serdyuchka, will light up in the final.
