This is a simple and healthy drink for the beginning of summer. It can be cooked and enjoyed by both adults and children! Dandelion lemonade is definitely one of those herbal experiments that even very young children can participate in, I’m sure food blogger Olga Buravchuk. For adults, you can make sparkling wine or dandelion wine in the same way.
To make Dandelion Lemonade, you will need:
mortar or blender
handful of dandelion flowers
a little sugar
some lemon juice
water
Instruction:
We release the yellow dandelion flowers from the green basket (with them the lemonade becomes brown and bitter) and grind with sugar. The resulting paste can be diluted with a little lemon juice if needed. Once you have a homogeneous mass, you can add water or mineral water to your liking. If there are small plant residues left, they can simply be sifted out. The result is a bright yellow juice that tastes subtly reminiscent of the smell of dandelion flowers!
For lovers of large herbs: add wilted woodlice to lemonade. For lovers of small herbs, yarrow and daisies are ideal!
