In early March of this year, the property of the ex-president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych was collected in favor of the state and transferred to the management of the State Property Fund and the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy. Next in line is the property of the head of the security guard of the fugitive president for UAH 50 million, which was arrested based on the materials of the SBU.
According to the Security Service, the court decision concerns:

an elite hotel complex in Bukovel with a total area of more than 1.2 thousand m2;
-
apartments in the central district of Kyiv with a total area of more than 200 m2;
-
two parking spaces in the capital;
-
5 land plots with a total area of more than 1 ha, located in the capital region, as well as Yalta and Ivano-Frankivsk region.

At present, the involvement of their owner in the financing of Russian occupational groups in the war against Ukraine is being checked.

During searches in the capital’s apartment of the person involved, 13 weapons were found, including collectible ones; over 5.6 thousand rounds; mobile phones, computers, documents, and red-handed black records.

“In the framework of criminal proceedings under Part 4 of Art. 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (financing of actions committed with the aim of forcibly changing or overthrowing the constitutional order or seizing state power, changing the borders of the territory or state border of Ukraine), the investigation continues to clarify all the circumstances of the crime and bring the perpetrators to justice “- the message says.
The secret service does not name the names of the person involved in the case. But it is known that for many years the protection of the fugitive president was headed by Konstantin Kobzar.
Recall that in the winter of this year in Ukraine, the property of the Minister of Education of the times of Yanukovych Dmitry Tabachnik was arrested. The amount of assets amounted to more than 2 million dollars. This is primarily real estate, land and money in foreign currency.
