During the martial law regime, male drivers and volunteers can leave the territory of Ukraine. To do this, they must be registered in the Path system.
The exit permit is valid if drivers and volunteers are transporting humanitarian aid or medical supplies, the lawyers explained.
It is noted that it is allowed to cross the border for drivers carrying out transportation for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
Men can leave, transporting medical supplies, humanitarian aid by road vehicles, if there is an appropriate justification for the volume of cargo and the number of vehicles required for their transportation.
To obtain the appropriate permit, you must contact the Ministry of Infrastructure or regional military administrations, after which the drivers’ data will be entered into the Way system and will be coordinated with the State Border Service.
The document can be provided for a period not exceeding 30 days.
Permission can be applied for:
- military, law enforcement agencies;
- military administrations; medical institutions;
- senders or recipients of humanitarian aid (provided by the district military administration).
