Show business stars Oleg Skrypka, Tina Karol, Nastya Kamensky, Svyatoslav Vakarchuk, Max Barsky, Nadia Dorofeeva and many others teamed up with the young participants of the Black Sea Games festival, which took place in Skadovsk for 18 years in a row, to support Ukrainian children. In the project “For Children for the sake of the future”, famous artists sang with young performers.
70 children-participants of the Black Sea Games festival took part in the marathon. Together with adult artists, children took part in 27 numbers, in which they performed actual songs of modern Ukraine. 27 performers of contemporary Ukrainian music joined the project: Oleg Skrypka, Tina Karol, ANTIBODLE, WELLBOY, NK, Artem Pivovarov, DOROFEEVA, TARABAROVA, Ivan NAVI, Irina Fedyshyn, Vitaliy Kozlovsky, KHAYAT, Druga Rika, BEZ OB, KAZKA, Olya Tsybulskaya, Anna Trincher, MINT, Jerry Heil, TNMK, Evgeny Khmara, MONATIK, SERAFỲN, Max Barskikh, Svyatoslav Vakarchuk. Numbers and plots of the marathon were filmed in 9 cities of Ukraine and 4 European countries.
In addition to the artists, the telethon “For Children for the sake of the future” was supported by public figures and philanthropists. Oksana Gutzeit (ICTV) and Yury Gorbunov (1+1) became the hosts of the festive concert.
The big concert was broadcast on September 25 on the air of the United News marathon.
“The For Children for the Future telethon accomplished two important tasks. First, we have raised funds that will help a certain number of children during this difficult wartime. Secondly, we involved 70 children in the creative process, who have already felt the joy of renewal on stage. For them, it was just what they needed. I think that this telethon was a good start for our charity platform dity.help. We plan to develop this platform and create new projects on it.”- commented the founder of the Tauride Fund Nikolai Bagraev, who is sure that the “Black Sea Games” will return to Ukrainian Skadovsk.
With the help of donations and philanthropic contributions, the telethon “For Children for the Future” raised 2,138,000 hryvnias. The collected funds will be used to provide material assistance to orphans whose parents died defending their Motherland; for humanitarian assistance to displaced children and those in the temporarily occupied territories.
