“Together with electricity, there are opportunities for the rapid return of administrative and banking services, local self-government and all other bodies related to the creation of a life support system for our citizens will be able to work effectively,” the report says.
It should be noted that the next city to restore critical infrastructure will be Izyum.
“In the end, people will be able to live simply comfortably, forgetting about the need to light a fire for cooking or heating.
This approach to life is more familiar to Russian outbacks than Ukrainian cities,” Tymoshenko added.
By the way, in the Kharkiv region, the postal services of Ukraine began to resume work. Ukrposhta and Novaya Pochta branches opened in Balakliya.
Also in Balakliya, Kharkiv region, the military and authorities raised the Ukrainian flag.
As you know, the fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine took advantage of the redeployment of Russian forces and carried out an effective counteroffensive northwest of Izyum. On the morning of September 8, Ukrainian defenders recaptured 400 square kilometers.
In addition, journalist Taras Berezovets confirmed the liberation by Ukrainian soldiers of the village of Bayrak, located south of Balakleya, Kharkiv region.
