Thus, Oleg Kulinich was arrested, who until March of this year headed the SBU department for the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, which, after the Russian annexation of the peninsula, was stationed in Kherson. He is suspected of treason. Of course, in this case, personnel conclusions should be made, including on the SBU. They demanded that Zelensky dismiss the head of the SBU - he did it. I do not see steps to mobilize the economy. We have a huge unemployment rate. What these people will do, it is not known how and where to get money for their maintenance. There must be a mobilization economy. Since the beginning of the war, the Cabinet of Ministers had to deal with this: to determine priorities, where to “fill in” money, which sectors of the economy should work and, first of all, use state subsidies and orders. We are talking about the manufacture of weapons, the saturation of the army with everything necessary. When they tell me, they say, weapons cannot be produced, because everything will be bombed. Sorry, but we still have a lot of Soviet underground facilities that were built with the expectation of a nuclear strike. So place production there.

If we have a lot of volunteers, take them to work. Give people money to borrow from government banks. We have 50 billion liquidity in the banking system, where does this money go? To “bait” financial speculators playing in the VDP. But the situation in the country now is not the one to download the resource and prepare some investment bankers and it is still unknown who.

All these unemployed will go to register at the labor exchange, the government will be forced to pay them benefits from the budget. People are running out of money, and they have to live for something.
But there is no money for such payments.

If you need to import, then this is equipment for the production of shells, drones. That is, what works to ensure the economy and war. Now the main consumer of the state resource is the army, where there are 1 million people. And they need to be fed, clothed, supplied with weapons, including those of our production. There are personnel, specialists too, but organize the maximum localization of production specifically for the army. The Russians will not run and destroy everything in all corners of the country, they don’t have so many missiles. Again, underground buildings have not disappeared anywhere. True, nothing is being done. From the word at all. They’re not even going to. Now this is a crime against the state. The algorithm of action, worked out in due time in developed countries, has long been known. But they are waiting for international assistance. However, when it will be is not clear. In addition, the resource that the West will provide will not be enough to finance the budget.
