Polish volleyball players were undoubted favorites before the last match of the main stage of the League of Nations. The Koreans did not win a single match, and competed with the “white-reds” in only one set. The Poles calmly approached the match with the red lantern of the tournament. The Korean team is an outsider, unable to win a single match. The match between the former team of Stefano Lavarini and the current white-red team was easy to win. They won 3:0 (25:23, 25:18, 25:) and advanced from the second place to the final tournament in American Arlington.
Dominance of Polish women over Korean women

The third and last game of the meeting was also dictated by the Poles. They quickly gained a few points lead. Active applause from Korean fans in Suwon did not allow the fourth team of the past Olympic Games to play better than the white-red ones, although the Koreans were able to score points in the series. From time to time the service worked well for them again. It was possible to reduce the losses, but in the middle of the set, Lavarini’s volleyball players still had 2-3 “platforms”. At the end of the set, they picked up the pace to escape the Koreans. They won the third set 25:16 and the whole match 3:0.
The Poles will play in the quarter-finals of the VNL
Magdalena Stisiak (16 points) became the most productive player of the Polish national team. Polish women are waiting for the Final 8. On July 12-16, they will fight in the American Arlington for the VNL medal. Having finished second after the main stage, they must wait for the results of the remaining matches to find out who they will play in the quarter-finals.
