Fernando Santos has taken the first steps to announce the development of the Polish football youth. The breeder had an important meeting with the coaches of the younger generations of the Polish national team, which, as he himself admitted, was very important to him.
During a welcoming press conference held on January 24 at PGE Narodowy, Fernando Santos stated that one of his main goals when working with the Polish national team would be to regularly develop the youth. The breeder added that he wanted to influence the actions of the younger staff. - Coach Santos said he wants to be involved in improving the youth training program. This is not about a revolution, but about some modifications, - said PZPN President Cesar Kulesha. The first step towards confirming this thesis was taken earlier than we thought.

On Thursday, March 2, Fernando Santos, accompanied by his coaching staff, held an important meeting at the headquarters of the Polish Football Association, the purpose of which was to get acquainted with the coaches and guardians of all the men’s youth teams. Thanks to this, the Portuguese got acquainted with the structure of his work, learned how to train young people in Poland.
