You won’t believe what the deputies bought for their offices with taxpayers’ money. One of them bought… a selfie stick!
“I’m learning from this situation”
In Wroclaw, we visited the office of PSL MP Jacek Protasiewicz, which is located at ul. Olavsk. On Friday, July 29, there was no one at 11 and the door was locked. Before entering, we saw a sign informing us that we had come to the address. However, hours of operation are not listed.
We asked the PSL MP about this. - Unfortunately, COVID has come to the office, and now the employees are in quarantine. Unfortunately, it so happened that this COVID is returning,” the deputy explains.
According to the deputy, one employee was diagnosed with a coronavirus infection.
MP Protasiewicz keeps watch in the office in Wroclaw and arranges meetings with residents. He adds that on Friday he was also in the office, but not at 11 o’clock - I was returning from Warsaw then. I had from 9 to 11 meetings in the Seimas, and I boarded the plane at 13.30. Also at 15:00 I was in the office and I had an appointment,” he explains.
We also wanted to find Deputy Protasiewicz in the Warsaw office at ul. Marshalkovskaya.
After the publication of Fact, the government stopped the campaigns of politicians. What are the participants saying? Their reaction is amazing
We also wanted to visit the office of the deputy of the Confederation Krzysztof Tuduj in Wroclaw at ul. Metallurgy. We found an office sign that didn’t say opening hours. Around 13:45 we found no one and the door was locked. We asked the MEP about his absence and whether he and his colleagues are on duty in the office.
- In the office in Wroclaw, there is one assistant who is in the office 4-6 hours a day and does the assigned work. It also takes on people who turn to the deputy on various issues. If necessary, an appointment is made with me personally. The last two weeks have been an important political project that I have been coordinating, ie. Confederate offensive, and it involved all the forces of my parliamentary office. Two assistants were on tour with me at that time in Poland. We are currently closing the project, which ended at the end of last week, and are slowly returning to the usual rhythm. Often people contact the parliamentary office by phone or through social networks, - explains the deputy Tuduy.
“From this situation, I learn that the assistant should leave the information about the door with the number to himself,” he adds.
Our correspondents wanted to visit the Warsaw parliamentary office of Pavel Lisetsky (PiS), but at st. Targov, they saw only a card with a vacation notice. They did not find him in the office at st. Washington.
- I am on duty mainly on Targovaya Street. Due to my departure and the departure of one person on a week-long vacation, I had to close the office. However, duties will be resumed this week, - the deputy assures.
“Sometimes I meet people in Washington or Nagojikuwa,” he adds.
Deputy Yarosh was the only one who had an open office
We also appeared at the office of Deputy Michal Jaros (Co) on st. Victims of Auschwitz in Wroclaw. And although we did not find the deputy himself, the office was open, and inside we were met by a group of several of his associates.
- On the day you visited my office and talked with my colleagues, I was in Zgorzelec at the funeral of Kazimierz Janik, a well-deserved and respected Lower Silesian local government, a former mayor of the Zgorzelec commune for many years, a member of the Sejm and an adviser to the Lower Silesian Sejmik. The deputy’s office is open to everyone every day from 9 to 17. We work very often and are open on weekends as well, - says deputy Yarosh.
Radoslav Sikorsky was hacked. Who is behind this? The expert has no doubt
- If I am not in the Sejm or in the field, meeting with the inhabitants of Lower Silesia on their business, I also meet with those who are interested in the office in Wrocław or branch offices in Wołów, Sobutka, Olesnica and soon also in the new field office in Trzebnica or any another convenient place. All you have to do is express your desire and set a date. I am free, - adds the deputy.
