“Leaked” data to the enemy and gave out patriots to Russian patriots: the head of the Poltava district court was arrested in Zaporozhye

The Oktyabrsky District Court of Zaporozhye chose a measure of restraint for the head of the Poltava District Court, who is suspected of high treason.

This was reported in the Office of the Attorney General.

According to the investigation, in the spring of 2022, a judge from Berdyansk, disregarding the oath to the Ukrainian people, began to actively cooperate with the special services and representatives of Russia in the temporarily occupied territory of the Berdyansk region.

To fulfill the tasks of the curators, the woman collected and transmitted data on the movement of the Ukrainian military on the territory of the Donetsk region.

She also supplied the enemy with information about pro-Ukrainian justice workers. Assisted the occupiers in the formation of the staff of the so-called division of the “Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia”.

After some time, the suspect left for permanent residence in Poltava, where she headed the Poltava District Court.
In May 2023, under the procedural leadership of the Zaporozhye Regional Prosecutor’s Office, her illegal actions were exposed.

The traitor was informed of suspicion. The suspect was chosen as a measure of restraint in the form of detention.
The investigation into the criminal proceedings is still ongoing, it is being carried out by investigators of the SBU Department in the Zaporizhia region, the Office noted.
