She was shot dead by police, according to NBC. It is noted that the attacker entered the school building through a side entrance, she was armed with two AR-15 rifles and a pistol. Three students and three school workers were killed.
According to Nashville Police Chief John Drake, the attacker used to study at this school, had a map of the building and carefully prepared for the shooting. She was found with a manifesto, the contents of which were not disclosed.
