The Russian occupation troops have concentrated all their efforts on trying to capture the Donetsk region within its administrative border and continue to advance in the Bakhmut direction. The most fierce fighting continues in the areas of the settlements of Soledar, Paraskoveevka, Bakhmut and Kleshchievka, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the neighboring Avdeevsky direction, the enemy is conducting unsuccessful offensive operations, and in Kupyansky and Limansky, he does not leave attempts to improve the tactical situation. In the Novopavlovsk, Zaporozhye and Kherson directions, the occupying army is defending itself, shelling settlements along the right bank of the Dnieper River. During the day, the aviation of the Ukrainian Defense Forces delivered 15 strikes against enemy concentration areas, as well as 5 strikes against the positions of its anti-aircraft missile systems.
