In Action, a service for obtaining an extract on the place of residence has been launched.
According to the Ministry of Reintegration, such a delay may be required when receiving many public services, placing a child in a kindergarten, opening a bank account, etc.
To get help, you first need to update the Action. Next, in the “Services” section and select the item “Inquiries and lifts”, find and select “Statement of the place of residence” and click “Order a lift”.
“If the information is found in the registry, you can download the PDF document within 24 hours. It is available for viewing in the same section where the service is ordered (“Retrieval of the place of residence”). You can also email it directly from the app.- the message says.
However, there are cases when a person cannot order an extract on the place of residence due to the application. So, a resident of Nikopol in the Dnipropetrovsk region on the “Actions” page on social networks complained that it was impossible to get an excerpt - it highlights that there is no place of registration. Although a person has both an ID card and an extract on registration of residence in his hands.
In “Action” they explained how this could be caused: “Unfortunately, your RNOKPP (taxpayer card) is not recorded in the register of the territorial society, which is why information about you will not be reflected in the extract. The procedure for making changes to an entry in the system has its own technical features, which remain within the competence of the registration authority of the territorial society where you took off or registered your place of residence. Only they enter data and correct them in the register, while access to the register is closed to those territorial communities that are in the zone of hostilities or occupation.”
As soon as the community is excluded from this list, access to the register will be restored and, accordingly, changes can be made to the register at the request of citizens.
Earlier in the “Action” they told how to use the applications to citizens who are now abroad. In particular, in order to log in, in some countries you need to use a VPN and indicate Ukraine in the location. This applies to countries in Africa, Asia, South America and countries under US embargo.
