During the 173 days of the heroic opposition of the Ukrainian nation to the Russian military invasion, the enemy not only did not stop massive rocket attacks on Ukrainian cities and towns, but also stubbornly tried to advance in five operational directions at once. This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the evening code.
In particular, in the Kharkiv direction, under the cover of their aircraft, the enemy tried to break through the defenses of our troops in the direction of Cossack Lopan - Udy, and in the Slavic direction - in the direction of Dovgenkoye - Mazanovka. Nevertheless, the Ukrainian soldiers met the invaders harshly and threw them back.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers tried to advance in the directions of Ivano-Daryevka, Vyemka and Vesely. They failed completely and chaotically retreated to their previously occupied positions. The assault actions from the area of the Uglegorsk thermal power plant in the direction of the village of Vershina turned out to be just as unsuccessful.
On the Avdeevka direction, the enemy unsuccessfully tried to improve the tactical situation in the direction of Staromikhaylovka and Nevelsky, and on the Novopavlovsky and Zaporizhsky directions - in the directions Glorious - Novomikhailovka, Solodkoe - Vodyanoye, Solodkoe - Vladimirovka and Egorovka - Pavlovka.
Everywhere the invaders received a tough rebuff, suffered losses and rolled back, the General Staff stated.
In addition, in the Seversky direction, the enemy fired from barrel artillery at the areas of the settlements of Basovka, Mogritsa, Golyshevskoye and Budki in the Sumy region, but did not conduct assault operations.
