With season 20 maritime police still airing, CBS announced it had renewed the show for 21 seasons. The NCIS renewal announcement comes along with a series of renewals for other popular CBS shows. Recent updates have featured shows such as NCIS: Hawaii, CSI: Vegas, 60 minutes, The Amazing Race, Survivor and much more returns in new seasons.
After the premiere of the 20th season of the series in September 2022, maritime police associated with gunpowder smoke as the third longest-running U.S. primetime drama series behind Law & Order: SVU And Law and order. Being one of the longest running prime time shows, maritime police recognized as a solid entertainment series with a loyal following and awards, as well as Emmy Award nominations. Success maritime police led to spin-off shows such as NCIS: Los Angeles And NCIS: Hawaiiboth of which were also successful with 14 seasons NCIS: Los Angeles and two seasons NCIS: Hawaii. Earlier this year, CBS gave fans a special three-hour cutaway featuring characters from NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles, And NCIS Hawaii together.
maritime police a crime procedural show that follows an elite team of maritime CID agents who investigate extreme criminal cases involving members of the Navy, Marine Corps, and their families. The show started in 2003 with Mark Harmon leading an elite team of agents as grumpy ex-Marine Leroy Jethro Gibbs. After the 19th season, Harmon left the show when his character retired to Alaska. Harmon’s departure from the show has led some to speculate that the show should have ended on its 19th season, but with season 21 approaching, it seems like the show is still doing something right for its fans.

What’s interesting is that it’s not just new updates on CBS. The network had previously renewed some of its popular shows such as Land of Fire, FBI, FBI: International, FBI: Most Wanted And Equalizeralong with comedy series such as Young Sheldon, Neighborhood, Bob Harts Abishola, Ghosts And So help me Todd.

Floyd Johnson, Mark Horowitz, Scott Williams And David North. NCIS is now a star Sean Murray, Wilmer Valderrama, Brian Dietzen, Dion Reasonover & Katrina Lowe, Davis McCallum, Rocky Carroll And Gary Cole.
