To you or to me Starring Witherspoon and Kutcher will play long-distance best friends whose lives change when Witherspoon’s character decides to pursue a lifelong dream and Kutcher’s character volunteers to take care of her teenage son. As in the rom-coms, the film will see them go from best friends to love interests. Along with Witherspoon and Kutcher, the film will also feature Jesse Williams (Grey’s Anatomy), Tig Notaro (army of the dead), Zoe Chao (Afterparty), Steve Zahn (White Lotus), as well as Wesley Kimmel (Boba Fett book).
Witherspoon and Kutcher aren’t the only two genre veterans to make a comeback in the rom-com camp in recent years.
