The largest decrease in real terms was observed in self-employed households (by 7.6%), and the smallest - in hired households (by 1.3%).
Average monthly expenses per person in households last year amounted to PLN 1475 and were 15.2% higher in nominal terms and 0.7% higher in real terms. from 2021 expenses. The most real growth (by 5 percent) was observed in the expenditures of farmers.
The newspaper draws attention to the differences between the average incomes of various social groups. They accounted for more than 32 percent. (a year earlier it was 40 percent). Self-employed persons (except farmers) had the highest income - PLN 2,540, while pensioners’ households received the lowest income (PLN 1,809). Pensioners had PLN 2,281 at their disposal, which is PLN 30 more than those of the employed. Most spent: self-employed (PLN 1,641 per person), pensioners (PLN 1,637) and pensioners (PLN 1,521).

The difference in spending between people with the largest household budget and the smallest was smaller and amounted to 2.2 times.
We spent the most on food and drink
Food and non-alcoholic beverages were the most important part of household expenditures (26.7% on average). In second place were the costs of using an apartment or house and energy (19% and 11% respectively). Nearly 10 percent of monthly expenses were spent on transportation, and 6 percent. for recreation and culture. Just 1.2 percent. funds were spent on education.
